Honey

Honey

Honey is a natural sweetener produced by honey bees from the nectar of flowers. These diligent insects collect nectar using their long, tube-shaped tongues and store it in their honey stomachs. Once back at the hive, they regurgitate the nectar and pass it on to other worker bees, who further process and store it in the honeycomb. Through a process of enzymatic activity and water evaporation, the nectar transforms into honey.
